How We Track Prices & Cost Per Gram

We compare prices on cost per gram of shilajit and cost per serving, never on jar price alone. Each price is recorded with its date, source, pack size, serving size and delivery charge. Prices change often, so every figure we publish carries the date it was checked.

Calculations

Cost per gram = price ÷ net weight of shilajit. For capsules, net shilajit = mg per capsule × count ÷ 1,000. Cost per serving = cost per gram × serving size. The same formulas are on the cost-per-gram calculator.
