Methodology

How We Find & Summarise Research

We search primary databases for shilajit research and read each study’s methods, not just its abstract. Every summary states five things: who was studied, what preparation and dose they took, what was compared, what was measured, and who paid. Animal and laboratory work is always labelled as such.
